Manage Your Real Rent

Log in to your Network for Good account if you need to:
  • Update your credit card or billing information
  • Review your donation history
  • Access your annual donation summary for tax purposes
  • Change or cancel your Real Rent amount

We've provided detailed Network for Good navigation instructions below for most common needs.

If you sent a check or donation directly to Duwamish Tribal Services, or if you made a contribution to the Duwamish Tribe using a method other than the Network For Good/Real Rent website, please call the Duwamish Longhouse and Cultural Center at (206) 431-1582 for a tax receipt.
How to Log into Your Account
1.  On the “Log in to your account” page. Select Individual or Organization depending on your situation.
2.  Provide the email address and password you used to create the account.
  • (If you forgot the email address or password you used, click Forgot your password? on the log-in page. You will be directed to validate your email address and create another unique password. Alternatively, you can call Network for Good at 888-284-7978.)
3.  Click Log In. You should then see your Account page and it will include the following menu options:
  • My Account
  • Recurring Donations
  • Donation Summary
  • Settings
  • Billing

Change Your Payment Information

  1. From the main menu, click Billing.
  2. You should then see the Billing page with your Card Type, Card Number (last 4 digits). Click the Update button.
  3. On the Edit Billing page, enter your correct billing information in all fields marked with a red asterisk.
  4. Click Save Billing.

Change Your Recurring Donation Amount or Frequency

  1. From the main menu, click Recurring Donations. You should see Active and Stopped donation tabs; the default setting is Active.
  2. To change an Active donation amount, click the Actions drop-down menu, and select Edit. You should then see the Edit Recurring Donation page, and your current donation amount will be highlighted red.
  3. From the Donation Amount section, choose a different preset or custom amount.
  4. From the Select Donation Frequency drop-down, select whether you want the donation to recur Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannually, Annually, or Weekly.
  5. Select your preferences for covering the transaction fee, whether to post your donation amount, and whether to hide your name on the public-facing donation listing.
  6. Click Save.

Obtain A Tax Receipt

  1. From the main menu, click Donation Summary.
  2. You should then see the Donation Summary page and a Select Year drop-down. From the Select Year drop-down, choose the year for which you want a receipt.
  3. Click View Summary.
  4. You should see the Donation Summary page with the correct year and your name. You will also see a Total tax deductible contributions for 2024 $ amount at the bottom of the page.
  5. To print the page, press CTRL-P and follow the instructions. You also can print as you normally would from your browser window.

Cancel Your Recurring Donation

  1. From the main menu, click Recurring Donations. You should see Active and Stopped donation tabs; the default setting is Active.
  2. On the Active donation that you would like to stop, click the Actions drop-down menu, and select Stop.
  3. A box will pop up that says, Are you sure you want to stop this recurring donation? You will not be able to restart it if you proceed. Click OK.
